Roger Hemming - Senior Partner

Background: Roger and his wife, Sarah, are co-founders, opening in Honiton in 1994. He's the dedicated head of his team and has a "nothing is impossible" attitude to life. This "can do" attitude has lead to the undoubted success of the business and he always does his best to deliver on time. Roger is also a qualified Domestic Energy Assessor.
Interests: Roger is very much a family man and follows Bath Rugby with his teenage son, Oliver. He's also an accomplished cook, having taken part in TV's Masterchef in the past.
Alistair Britchford - Associate Partner

Background: Alistair's worked in estate agency since he left school. He deals with our property valuation work and also helps with the firm's marketing and advertising campaigns. Alistair is totally reliable and goes
out of his way to do his best for his clients. He particularly enjoys negotiating to get the best price he can for his sellers
Interests: Alistair enjoys photography and foreign travel. He always has an eye on his next exotic long-haul holiday!
Amy Hamill - Negotiator

Background: Amy was the successful candidate in the firm's search for an estate agency apprentice a while ago. She comes from a retail background with the John Lewis organisation and she mainly deals with the customer care side of the business. Amy is a true "people person" and is extremely popular with buyers and sellers alike. Nothing is too much for Amy!
Interests: Amy has a passion for classic and unusual cars. She reluctantly sold her beloved Renault 5 when it recently expired and can be seen about town in her red convertible.
David Withey - Negotiator
Experience: 5 years
Background: David retired to Honiton several years ago after a long career in Local Government. He specialises in accompanying viewings and keeping in touch with prospective buyers. One of his main tasks is to text and e-mail likely buyers to let them know a new property has
become available.
Interests: David is interested in railway preservation and can often be seen helping out at the South Devon Railway.
Sue Richards - Office Administrator

Experience: 11 years
Background: A vital part of Sue's working day is spent liaising with solicitors, surveyors and other estate agents whilst nursing our sales through to the all-important exchange of contracts. Another major task of hers is keeping our sellers informed of the progress of their sale. Sue deals with the day-to-day secretarial and administrative elements of running the office.
Interests: Sue's real passion is music and she and her husband travel the length and breadth of the country attending rock concerts.
