Why You'll Like It
With enormous scope, this collection of converted former farm buildings/cottage provides a really interesting proposition for those wishing to live in the hamlet of Trevilla on the edge of Feock. Currently the properties comprise the converted stable block which is a two bedroom single storey home with open plan kitchen/dining room, living room with fireplace and French doors to a patio garden, a bathroom with a white suite and a very usable loft area which is accessed via a narrow staircase.
A further building is a large garage and to the rear you'll find a charming semi detached cottage which has one bedroom which connects to a second room upstairs and a shower room. Downstairs you'll find a sitting room with doors to the garden and an open plan kitchen/dining room. Outside there is a good sized garden and ample parking. Both properties have electric storage heating.
Where It Is
Trevilla is a delightful part of Feock with many trees and is ideally placed for access to Loe Beach, Trelissick Gardens and The Punchbowl And Ladle Pub. Feock is popular with sailing and watersports enthusiasts and there are numerous footpaths and bridleways leading to the nearby creeks. Trelissick House And Gardens is a super National Trust property with a weekly Park Run and great circular walks. Loe Beach has a cafe and sailing school where paddle boards and kayaks can be hired. The village has an historic church and there is a bus service to Truro which is close at hand. Further village services are on offer in neighbouring Carnon Downs where there is a doctor's surgery and mini supermarket.
